 CrossFit is defined as that which optimises fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness.

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

THE SOLID WORKOUTS


CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.
The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

CONSTANT WORKOUT VARIATIONS


Effective CrossFit coaches recognize the need for a degree of repeatability, consistency, and progressive loading.
You must be aware of your workout programming and the desired effects you are currently trying to achieve. CrossFit should be a balance of consistently working at new movements, weights, intensities, and complexities, as well as incorporating systematic progressive training

OUR COMMUNITY


If there's one thing that separates CrossFit from other strength-and-conditioning programs, it's the Nambucca community.
The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.
The emphasis on community is what’s changing the mental health of the members at each gym and what has the capacity to impact the greater community of people in general.

We love fitness questions. We’re always here to help!
  • Is CrossFit for me?

    Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

  • Do i need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

    No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve  and move you toward your fitness goals.

  • Will you also help with Nutrition?

    We can offer advice from our experience. We are not nutritionists but we are happy to share some of our experience with you to help guide your nutritional choices.

  • What are your business hours?

    We run classes throughout the day to suit a busy lifestyle.

     

    6am - 7am Monday - Friday

    7am - 8am Monday - Friday

    9:30am - 10:30am Monday - Friday

    4:30pm - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

    5:30pm - 6:30pm Monday - Friday

    6:30pm - 7:30pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

    Olympic Lifting - 5:30pm Friday


    Saturday:

    8:30am - 9:30am

    Competitive Training - 3pm

     

    We also offer open gym times, for anyone wanting to work on something extra or have your own programming to follow.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in the Nambucca Valley industrial estate - 1/8 Munro Street Nambucca Heads

  • Do you have any sign up fees?

    No Sign up Fees.

    We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and many people usually fail on their promises to get fit, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.

  • Do you have any type of GYM contracts?

    We don’t believe in contracts. We want you to stay and continue to train at CrossFit Two Wolf because you love it and because you get results. If you need to exit your membership, or if you think CrossFit Two Wolf is not right for you, no problems. You can cancel any time. No questions asked. No hassles.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards and cash, we also sign memberships up with the choice of direct debit
